Toledo Basement was called out to fix my front porch that was collapsing and foundation/load bearing wall that was sinking. They had to tear out my porch to replace rotting wood and to get to the front wall of my house. They also got into the crawlspace to support the sinking wall. I wasn't expecting much when it came to replacing the front porch, but they went to great lengths to make sure that the porch was put back together with the same 1902 decor that was there when they tore it out. They were very communicative with when they were going to be out, status of the project, and when they needed access to the house. Toledo Basement Repair installed a complete waterproofing system at my home in 2022 and just completed installing underground downspouts and window wells to address some warranty issues we experienced in 2024, but overall I have been very satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality I have received over the years. Alyssa has been very helpful in educating us and quoting work to be completed in a no-pressure way (a way that doesn’t make you feel pressured to immediately order work quoted), Everette has been helpful in clearly communicating scheduling for work to be completed, Cory and Jason were both great leaders of their teams that came to install the work at my home, and JD was very helpful in performing PM on the system and helping to correct some minor warranty items that came up. Honest. Excellent repair work. So quiet that the dog forgot they were there. After a year of being perked around by two other companies, who never bothered to show up, and quoted a higher price, found Toledo Basement repair. They were professional, competent, AND showed up when they said they would and finished the house repair in a timely manner. Jacked the house up without cracking the walls or breaking a window because they were careful.
